They incorrectly set up my VPS and resulted in 2 weeks downtime because the owner decided to go on a holiday and not answer tickets. That 2 weeks counted towards my paid 1 month. I had to pay for another service because of this and ViperVPS did not give any refund despite their satisfaction guarantee. They promised a refund but 3 weeks later and no payment they told me the service was delivered and no refund will be given. They wouldn't even give me the lost 2 weeks unless I paid for another month first. These people are simply trying to get lots of customers fast so they can sell the business.
